Setting up ToyyibPay Integration

Learn how to set up ToyyibPay to accept upfront deposits and protect your business from no-shows.

To protect your business from no-shows, Cero-Q integrates with ToyyibPay to allow you to collect upfront deposits from customers before they can confirm an appointment. The payment goes directly into your account!

  1. Register for a ToyyibPay account

    If you don't have one, sign up at ToyyibPay.com. Complete their verification process to get full access to their payment gateway features.

  2. Create a Category

    Once logged in, create a new category in your ToyyibPay dashboard. This category represents your business or booking deposits.

  3. Get your Credentials

    From your ToyyibPay dashboard, locate and copy your Secret Key and the Category Code for the category you just created. You will need these two pieces of information to link your account.

    Finding Your Secret Key:

    Your Secret Key is typically found on the main dashboard under the "Settings" section at the bottom.

    Navigate to the "Category" tab in the sidebar. The Category Code is listed in the table next to the category you created.

  4. Add it to Cero-Q

    Go to your Cero-Q Admin Dashboard, navigate to your Shop Profile, and paste your Secret Key and Category Code into the respective ToyyibPay fields. Save your changes.

  5. Enable Deposits on Services

    Now that ToyyibPay is linked, you can go to your Services tab and toggle the Require Deposit option for any service where you want to collect an upfront payment.
