Learn how to review your subscription status, renew your plan, and check your payment history.

From any page in your admin dashboard, look for your account name and email address in the sidebar (or navigation menu). Click on your Account Name to open the Account Details page.

The Account Details page contains two main sections for managing your Cero-Q Barber account: 1. Subscription Status & Renewal: This card shows your current Subscription Status (Active or Expired) and your Expiration Date. To renew or extend your subscription: • Select the Number of Months you wish to renew for from the dropdown menu. • The total price will automatically calculate based on your selection. • Click the Renew Subscription button to proceed to payment. 2. Subscription History: At the bottom of the page, you can view a table containing your past subscription payments, including the date of payment, amount, and the number of months purchased.
