Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is the central hub for managing your barbershop's daily operations. Here, you can view the current date's bookings and get a quick snapshot of your schedule.

All Bookings

Navigate to the "All Bookings" section to see a comprehensive list of all past, present, and future appointments. You can search, sort, and filter these bookings to quickly find specific information. Filtering Options & Purpose: • Booking Date: Filter by specific dates to view past or upcoming appointments. • Booking Time: Filter by specific times of day. • Status: Filter by booking status (e.g., Active, Completed, Cancelled). • Customer Name / Phone: Search for a specific customer's history. • Service / Staff Name: Filter bookings by the requested service or assigned barber.

Booking Details

Click on any individual booking to view specific details about the appointment. This is crucial for understanding the customer's request before they arrive. Booking Detail Fields & Purpose: • Booking ID: A unique identifier for tracking the appointment. • Customer Name: The name of the client to ensure you greet them properly. • Customer Phone / Email: Contact information in case you need to reach out (e.g., delays). • Service Details: Shows the requested service, its duration, and the price. • Barber/Staff: Identifies which staff member is responsible for this appointment. • Booking Date & Time: The exact schedule for the appointment.

Managing Booking Status

You have full control over the lifecycle of a booking. From the details view, you can manage its status to keep your records accurate. Status Actions & Purpose: • Mark as Completed: Use this when the service is finished. It helps you track completed jobs and revenue. • Delete / Cancel Booking: If a customer cancels or is a no-show, use this option to remove the booking, freeing up the time slot for other customers.

Viewing Shop Information

The "My Shop" section displays your public barbershop profile information. This includes your shop name, address, contact details, operating hours, and payment integration settings.

Editing Shop Details

Click the "Edit Details" button to update any of your shop's information to ensure customers always have the most accurate and up-to-date details.

List of Services

View all the services your barbershop offers. You can easily see which services are currently active or disabled.

Enable/Disable Services

You have full control to toggle services on or off. Note: If no services are enabled, your booking page will be disabled for customers.

Current Service Detail

Click on a specific service to view its details, such as name, description, duration, and price.

Add a New Service

To offer something new, click "Add Service" to create a new service entry. Expected Inputs & Purpose: • Service Name: The public-facing name of the service (e.g., "Premium Haircut"). • Duration (minutes): How long the service typically takes. This defines the size of the time slot on your calendar. • Price (RM): The cost of the service presented to the customer. • Description: A brief explanation of what the service entails to help customers choose. • Features: Additional highlights (e.g., "Includes Wash", "Hot Towel"). • Require Deposit: Toggle switch to mandate an upfront payment via ToyyibPay to secure the booking.

Edit an Existing Service

Need to change a price or update a description? You can easily edit the details of any existing service.

Service Unavailable Time

You can specify periods when a specific service is temporarily unavailable, preventing customers from booking it without needing to completely disable or delete the service (e.g., if specific equipment is broken). Expected Inputs & Purpose: • Date: The specific date on which the service will be unavailable. • Start Time: The exact time when the unavailability period begins. • End Time: The exact time when the unavailability period ends and the service resumes.

List of Staff

View and manage your team of barbers. See who is currently active and available for bookings.

Add New Staff

Expand your team by adding new staff members so customers can book specifically with them. Expected Inputs & Purpose: • Staff Full Name: The name of the barber as it will appear to customers. • Phone Number: A valid contact number for internal communication. • Email Address: Used for staff notifications or contact. • Role: Identifies their position (e.g., Junior Barber, Senior Barber, Master). • Assigned Services: A multi-select list where you link the specific services this staff member is trained to perform.

Edit Staff Detail

Update staff information, such as their role, contact info, or the services they perform.

Staff Unavailable Time

Manage your staff's schedules by blocking out times when they are not available to work. This prevents double-booking and ensures customers cannot select them during breaks, vacations, or sick leave. Expected Inputs & Purpose: • Date: Select the exact day the staff member will be unavailable. • Start Time: The hour when the break, time-off, or shift ends. • End Time: The time the staff member returns and becomes available again.

Change Password

For security purposes, you can update your account password in the Settings menu. It's recommended to use a strong, unique password.
